Uzma Sardar is distinctly experienced legal professional with a demonstrated history of working in the legal field. Over the span of two decades she has handled a variety of immigration cases: especially concerning deportation defense, VAWA cases, defensive asylum ranging from gender-based asylum to asylum based on persecution or political opinion, cancellation of removal cases, family based immigration, and Naturalization. Her work has established her as an individual with immense expertise in Immigration Law, and her educational background accurately depicts her highly developed skills in High Tech Law (Intellectual property, Corporate Law, Unfair Competition, and Patent Laws).
