Waqas is a highly experienced professional with more than twenty(20) years of legal consultancy and law practice experience, in depth understanding of international regulatory regimes, treaties, Immigration, Debt Settlement, out of Court Settlements and commitments coupled with a vast experience of working with investment promotion agencies. He has strong capabilities working in multiethnic environments at national, regional and international levels. He also exhibits strong problem solving and decision makes skills with a comprehensive understanding to implement coherent management strategies whilst improving organizational procedures within a demanding environment. He is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.

Waqas Younes received his B.A in Political Science and Comparative Literature from the University of Punjab. He received his LLB (equivalent to JD) from the University of Punjab School of Law with a concentration in Advocacy. Waqas received his LLM (Master’s in International Legal studies) from the Golden Gate University California. In Addition, He received FLC License (Foreign legal Consultant) from the State Bar of California
